B. Local App Data

Stored only on your device:

• Number of scans used

• Subscription status

• App preferences

We do not have access to this data.

C. Payments

Subscriptions are processed securely by:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

We do not collect or store payment information.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to:

• Analyze plant images

• Display plant identification and care instructions

• Enforce free scan limits

• Verify subscription status

We do not:

• Sell your data

• Share your data

• Track you

• Use ads

• Store personal profiles

3. Third-Party Services

FloraSense uses:

These results are:

2. No Guarantees

FloraSense uses artificial intelligence.
We do not guarantee:

• Correct identification

• Accurate diagnosis

• Plant health outcomes

You use the app at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions

FloraSense offers:

• $8.99 per month

• $75.99 per year

Subscriptions:

• Are billed through Apple or Google

• Automatically renew unless canceled

• Can be managed in your App Store settings

No refunds are issued directly by FloraSense.

4. Free Usage

Each device receives:

• 2 free scans total

After that, a subscription is required.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Abuse or overload the AI system

• Reverse engineer the app

• Use FloraSense for illegal purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, UI, software, and AI outputs belong to FloraSense.

You may not copy or redistribute the app.

7. Termination

We may disable access if abuse or fraud is detected.
