Digital Products License & Refunds

This page applies to everything sold or given away through EVEXCA Assets — prompts, components, templates, effects, game assets and similar digital files. By purchasing or downloading an asset you agree to these terms.

License — what you can do

  • Use the asset in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including work you build for clients.
  • Modify and adapt the asset to fit your project.
  • Ship the asset inside a finished product (a website, app, game or video) as long as the raw asset cannot be extracted and used on its own.

Restrictions

  • Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lend or give away the raw asset files or the prompt — alone or bundled with other items.
  • Do not share your download link or the downloaded files with people who haven’t purchased the asset.
  • Do not upload or list the asset on any marketplace, template library, asset store or similar service.
  • Do not claim the raw asset as your own original work for the purpose of resale.

EVEXCA retains ownership of every asset. The license lets you use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership.

Delivery

Assets are delivered digitally. After payment you receive a secure download link on the confirmation page and by email. No account is required. Paid download links expire after a limited time and a limited number of downloads; if yours expires or stops working, contact info@evexca.com with your order email and we will issue a fresh link.

Refunds

Because digital products can be copied the moment they are downloaded, all sales are final once the file or prompt has been delivered. We will, however, make it right if:

  • the file is corrupt, empty or cannot be opened, and we are unable to fix or replace it;
  • the asset is materially different from how it was described on its product page; or
  • you were charged more than once for the same asset.

To request a refund, email info@evexca.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Change of mind and incompatibility with a tool not listed under “Compatibility” are not grounds for a refund. Free assets are provided as-is.

No warranty

Assets are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. EVEXCA is not liable for any damages arising from the use of an asset. Results from AI prompts can vary between tools and versions.
